At NOSTRA, our cuisine begins with respect—for ingredients, for tradition, and for time.
We source thoughtfully, working with local purveyors and seasonal producers whenever possible to bring the freshest ingredients to our kitchen. From vibrant vegetables to artisan cheeses and cured meats, quality is never compromised.
Our dough is made the old way—slow-fermented, hand-shaped, and fired at high heat to achieve the light, airy crust that defines true Neapolitan pizza. Simplicity is intentional. Each ingredient has purpose, each flavor is balanced, and nothing is added without reason.
